The importance of triple integrals in the real world is due to their capacity to model physical objects. Cylinders and spheres are commonly occuring physical objects.  Thus, triple integrals in spherical and cylindrical coordinates are frequently encountered.  After loading some packages, we will encounter some of these triple integrals ourselves.
